An afternoon trip to historic Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Harpers Ferry sits at the junction of the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers, and also near the site where Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia all meet in a single point. The town played a significant role in the development of railroads, and in the Civil War, and most of it today is preserved inside a National Park.
