We spent one night at a hillside resort in Tuscany, and on the way there from Florence, we made a short stop in Pisa. Pisa's main attraction is its leaning tower; otherwise, the town itself is pretty unremarkable. The tower is a bit of a scene, though, with large crowds of people ignorning signs to stay off lawns, and taking many cliche selfies "holding up" the tower. I'm still glad we made the stop, as the tower itself is both beautiful and remarkable for its very noticeable lean.
