Copenhagen is a marvelous city to explore on foot, and to eat in! Most of our memories of this trip revolve around the meals we shared with our friends Young and Tim, including the power going out during dinner at Amass on our first night there. Brian and I also lucked out with our waitlist clearing so that we could enjoy lunch at Noma on New Year's Eve. In between meals, we walked off calories exploring the city on foot, venturing to the Freetown Christiania commune, Nyhavn waterfront, and Little Mermaid.
