Khao Phing Kan, better known as James Bond Island, is one of the most well known islands in the bay. This site got its nickname after it was featured in the 1974 film, "The Man with the Golden Gun." Ko Ta Pu, the limestone rock standing 20 meters (66 feet) above the water, was a prominent location in the film.
Going through the cave to a hidden lagoon in the middle of the island. Panak Island has about 5-6 of these lagoons that are refreshed with water from the bay when the tide rises high enough to flow through the cave.
